Hello, I'm an Authentic Expression Coach, retired from Microsoft, and a leader of transformational personal development programs since 2015.

I was raised in an intentional community, and often felt dismissed for sounding “too woo-woo.” As a young person, I struggled with self-doubt around expression, felt judged, and a feared my own power. Without the tools to navigate that discomfort, I silenced myself—retreating into a rich inner world, but rarely letting my voice be heard.

Over decades of deep personal work, I've reclaimed my voice and stepped into authentic expression, visibility, and power. Today, I guide others on that same journey through courses rooted in the wisdom of the Seven Chakras—covering themes like self-awareness, intentionality, presence, trust in relationships, authentic expression, holistic awareness, and soulful action. My work helps others elevate their voice, align with their creative Life-essence, claim their truth, and lead from the inside out. I am a guide to support you as you deepen into and expand your own answers to the great questions of "Who am I?", "Why am I here?" and "How can I be of service?".
